Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Optimization Program Manager to join the ComPAS (Companion Products and Services) team. This role will manage the optimization of Amazon device accessory program sales from post-launch through end-of-life, ensuring optimal customer experience, sales performance, inventory management, and profitability.Joining the Amazon Device Accessories team means partnering with a dynamic, creative group that sets a high bar for innovation. As a Program Manager, you will drive our sales and marketing strategy across product management, marketing, finance, and operations. You’ll manage communication, work backward plans, and stakeholder risks while focusing on lifecycle management, "better together" messaging, and pricing optimization. This high-visibility role spans all accessories product lines in North America, with frequent opportunities to present to leadership.
As a Program Manager, you’ll lead complex cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact, leveraging your expertise in AI tools, communication, and program management. You’ll manage existing programs, deliver challenging projects aligned with team goals, define success metrics, and partner with stakeholders to design scalable, long-term strategies.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with proven analytical capabilities, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively. You should excel in program planning, demonstrate operational excellence, lean into AI enablement, and have a passion for consumer-facing products and empowering internal teams.
Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Develop and maintain 12-month Sales & Marketing Event project in existing tools aligned with Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 events
- Manage the creation, distribution, and maintenance of program schedules, ensuring they are up-to-date, relevant, and effective
- Execute deal creation through Amazon Device tech portals
- Manage deal tags, and ad hoc TPR (Temporary Price Reduction) activities across events
- Maintain and optimize attach rate performance across compatible devices, targeting program-specific AR goals
- Drive and be accountable for profitability metrics across accessory programs, identify opportunities to improve margins and optimize promotional ROI.
- Audit deal flips and detail pages to ensure accuracy and optimal customer experience at go-live
- Monitor and optimize onsite placements
- Drive A/B tests, understanding success metrics, and reporting of same
- Deliver weekly business updates to leadership, leveraging existing communication mechanisms
- Maintain Accessory Storefront merchandising across product lines, devices, and categories
- Develop offline pricing strategies to maintain attach rate parity
A day in the life
Your typical day begins with reviewing program status and aligning priorities. You'll spend time coordinating with stakeholders across different teams, analyzing performance metrics, and leading strategic planning sessions. Throughout the day, you'll identify and resolve blockers, make data-driven decisions, and ensure project momentum. You'll balance tactical execution with strategic planning, communicating progress to leadership and team members. Your expertise in Amazon Quick Suite and AI tools will help analyze data trends while your strong communication skills enable effective cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Extended Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- Experience working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
