Description
Amazon Global team is pioneering cross-border e-Commerce by becoming a one-stop shop for Amazon Customers Worldwide and providing a seamless experience to shop international selection. Selection is a key input driver for this business and we are looking for a dynamic, organized and self-starting candidate to join as the Sr. Product Manager (Tech) to take on a critical role in driving one of Amazon’s fastest growing businesses.In this role, the candidate will be expected to create and manage innovative international business solutions and products, working backwards from the customer. This person will also be responsible to lead current Amazon Exports selection initiatives, along with the technological innovations and products by partnering with teams across Amazon globally. The ideal candidate should have demonstrated abilities working with cross functional teams, excellent business judgment, past experience working/developing products closely collaborating with technology and business teams, deep curiosity about how things work, and a passion for creating a world class shopping experience for our customers. You will work with business teams of all sizes and must have the leadership presence and communication skills to represent Amazon Global at all levels.
In this role, your key responsibilities will be:
Lead and manage Cross Border selection products and initiatives end to end by building long term product vision, and scalable strategy, and owning a product roadmap
Work across Global Expansion teams, including Business, Technology, Operations and Support teams to develop a unified selection enablement product.
Interact and drive top down adoption by working with leadership (VPs, Directors) of global expansion
Work closely with business teams and customers to measure and track the impact and adapt the product strategy accordingly.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
