Description

The Global Payment Products (GPP) business operations team is looking for an experienced Program Manager with international/cross-border technology experience to manage the operational relationships with our internal and external payment partners, develop operating procedures to support new product offerings, and become the “go to” team member for solving complex business issues.The GPP business provides the best possible payment experience for cross-border Buyers and Sellers worldwide and extends Amazon’s reach beyond the borders of our existing marketplaces. GPP owns two services: Amazon Currency Converter for Sellers (ACCS) and Amazon Currency Converter for Buyers (ACCB), generating free cash flow and positively impacting the Amazon Flywheel. This role will be focusing on ACCS, which enables Sellers to sell in more countries by making it easier to get paid quickly and security in their local currency, thus increasing the number of Sellers and product selection on all Amazon Stores.
Key job responsibilities
The responsibilities include rolling out new program and features, facilitating adoption on ACCS services and innovation to safeguard seller trust for strategically critical programs for Amazon Store. This opportunity requires excellent problem-solving and communication skills. The ideal candidate will bring the following to the position: a) strong at performing deep dives to derive analytical insights on seller behaviors; b) strong program and operations management skills; c) payments products knowledge, including an understanding of the international/cross-border payments landscape, competitive environment, and customer behavior; and d) ability to engage with internal and external partners to identify opportunities for Global Sellers to adopt products and services. Furthermore, the ideal candidate will have successful personal attributes including creativity, leadership, and the ability to influence outcomes both internally and externally.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Bachelor's degree
Extended Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
