Our team objective is to manage to excellence freight flowing through our North American transportation networks, specifically focused on transportation carrier programs and performance. In addition, we prioritize the 3P Relay carrier experience, always pushing processes that prioritize retaining the highest-performing carriers.

Key job responsibilities
- Collaborate on the design, development, and delivery of key programs, metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to drive key business decisions across customer-facing programs.
- Strategically assess how Linehaul most efficiently serves each program to identify opportunities and align with key stakeholders to insert Linehaul into the program decision-making processes.
- Influence third party (3P) carrier leadership and Amazon technology teams to identify and drive process improvements that improve service, iterate technology and enhance carrier engagement and growth.
- Analyze data across databases (using Excel, Access, SQL, Quicksight and/or other data management systems) and performing ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed. Candidates must show ability to think analytically and use data to drive results to be considered for this role.
- Identify appropriate performance metrics for each program and ensure consistent measurement and accountability.
- Tie KPIs and project goals to entitlement and track results.
-Business writing is required to drive strategic initiatives. Work samples that display a candidate's ability to think strategically should be submitted.
- Traveling domestically 25% - 50%.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- 2+ years of supply chain experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience in analyzing data to drive decisions
Extended Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- Experience of Six Sigma/ Lean analytical techniques

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
