Description
The Sr. Manager, Product Management-Tech for Worldwide Prime Shopping Benefits will lead a team of product and program managers and to accelerate the growth of Amazon Prime. Your mission will be to create value for Prime members (and consequently for Amazon) by inventing highly valued shopping benefits for Prime members. You will manage benefit portfolio, and devise strategy to drive greater ROI on global Prime benefit investments; collaborate with Engineers, Business Development, Science, Marketing, and other functions to innovate new benefits; and support Benefit partners in driving awareness, discovery, and usage of their Benefits. You will work backwards from the customer to identify opportunities to save Prime members money, simplify or enhance experiences, and provide exclusive access to products and services.Key job responsibilities
• Work with worldwide Delivery Experience and Pricing & Promotions teams to invent and improve Shopping benefits, Payments, and other consumer teams
• Work with engineering team to build a Prime Value Engine that is the authoritative source of personalized metrics showing value of Prime for existing and prospective Prime members, that can be used by worldwide CX and Marketing teams in customer communications to drive acquisition and retention - today this service powers 25+ onsite CXs WW
• Work with engineering team to build a global Prime rewards solution that can enable diverse worldwide experiences where customers are provided credits for future redemption for eligible engagement actions
• Track the absolute and realized value of Prime relative to price paid in each country, and identify opportunities to increase value through benefit enhancement and adoption
• Develop metrics and mechanisms for tracking the health of Prime benefits worldwide and work with benefit teams to continuously improve benefit performance
• Guide, coach, and develop product managers and engineers to execute on their charter.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- 6+ years of team management experience
Extended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics- 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- MBA
- Strong bias for action and ownership including the ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $178,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $307,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
