Amazon Supply Chain Services (ASCS) is seeking an experienced Global Web Publishing Lead to join the ASCS Global Websites team. This role is central to how ASCS delivers and scales web content across multiple domains and international markets β combining hands-on publishing execution with program management and analytics.Amazon Supply Chain Services opens Amazon's world-class logistics network to businesses of all sizes β enabling sellers and shippers to leverage the same fulfillment, transportation, and supply chain capabilities that power Amazon. As we continue to scale globally, our web presence is critical to how we connect with customers across markets.
As the Global Publishing Lead, you will own publishing operations across the ASCS web ecosystem β driving content delivery, finding publishing efficiencies, and coordinating cross-functionally to ensure content flows consistently across all domains and regions. You will own the day-to-day publishing rhythm, manage the contractor resource, and drive process improvements that enable the team to do more with less. You will also own the localization program end-to-end β managing translation workflows, regional content publishing, and localization QA across all international sites. Additionally, you will serve as the team's analytics execution engine β building dashboards, executing A/B tests, and producing the performance reporting that informs strategic decisions.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, operationally strong, and energized by bringing structure to fast-moving content operations. You take ownership of your work, communicate proactively with stakeholders, and constantly look for ways to improve processes and deliver results more efficiently.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead global publishing operations across all ASCS web properties, coordinating cross-functionally with content, product marketing, editorial, and regional teams to ensure timely, high-quality content delivery
- Identify and implement publishing efficiencies β streamlining workflows, reducing cycle times, automating repetitive tasks, and establishing scalable processes that grow with the portfolio
- Own the website localization program end-to-end: manage translation vendor relationships, coordinate regional content publishing, run localization QA, and ensure culturally appropriate experiences are delivered on time across all international markets
- Manage the publishing contractor, assigning work, reviewing output quality, and ensuring coverage across all domains and regions
- Build and maintain web performance dashboards in Adobe Analytics, tracking traffic, conversion, engagement, and page speed; produce bi-weekly and monthly performance reports for the team and leadership
- Supports A/B and multivariate testing by QAing test implementations, flagging conflicts with scheduled publishing, and ensuring test pages meet content and formatting standards before going live
- Own the publishing intake queue and P1/P2/P3 triage process, ensuring requests are prioritized appropriately and blockers are escalated
- Partner with the Web Strategy & Program Lead on new market launches, transitioning ongoing regional publishing into the localization program once initial site setup is complete; coordinate with the Experimentation Lead to ensure testing schedules do not conflict with publishing timelines.

Qualifications
- Experience with basic HTML, website management and content management systems (CMS)- Experience in a multi-language publishing environment, including globalization for translation
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent
- 4+ years of experience in web publishing, web operations, content operations, or digital program management
- Experience with web analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and building dashboards or reports to track site performance
- Experience managing vendors, contractors, or external agency resources
- Demonstrated ability to improve and scale operational processes in a fast-paced environment
Extended Qualifications
- Experience in A/B testing- Knowledge of mobile and web design patterns and accessibility standards
- Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Experience with Brightspot CMS or similar enterprise CMS platforms
- Working knowledge of SEO best practices and how they inform content publishing and page optimization
- Experience supporting international web properties or multilingual content operations
- Experience creating and managing intake/triage processes for content or publishing requests

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
