Location: BELLEVUE, WA

Estimated salary: $102,000
Range: $74,200 - $129,800

Description

Join our AWS Global Field Operations (GFO) team to help revolutionize infrastructure delivery for our customers. In this role, you'll own the processes, governance frameworks, and operational standards that enable GFO to scale globally. We don't just write SOPs; we design end-to-end operational systems, build partnerships across business units, and drive continuous improvement at speed. If something is broken, unclear, or doesn't exist yet β€” we fix it, clarify it, or build it.

We're looking for a Process Program Manager who learns fast, moves fast, and solves problems others haven't figured out yet. This is not a role for someone who needs a fully defined playbook β€” this is for someone who writes the playbook while the operation is running.

You'll own process design, standardization, and improvement across GFO's global operations. You'll work across functions, partner with external organizations, and drive outcomes in ambiguous, fast-moving environments. You'll need to think creatively, challenge assumptions, and deliver results without waiting for perfect information.

If you thrive in ambiguity, get energy from building things from scratch, and can context-switch between strategic thinking and tactical execution β€” this role is for you.

Key job responsibilities

β€’ Design & own end-to-end processes β€” Create, implement, and iterate on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process frameworks, and governance models for GFO operations globally

β€’ Solve problems fast β€” Identify operational gaps, root-cause issues, and implement solutions at speed β€” don't wait for someone to tell you what's broken

β€’ Drive cross-functional partnerships β€” Work with teams across GFO, OTS, GDCO, vendor organizations, and other AWS teams to align processes and enable new operational models

β€’ Build from zero β€” Stand up new processes for emerging scope, new partnerships, and evolving operational needs β€” often with limited precedent

β€’ Establish and track KPIs β€” Define success metrics, build reporting mechanisms, and use data to drive decisions and continuous improvement

β€’ Enable scale β€” Design processes that work across regions, teams, and partners β€” not just for today, but for 10x growth

β€’ Drive automation β€” Identify manual processes ripe for automation and partner with tech teams to reduce toil

β€’ Manage vendor governance β€” Support 3P vendor operations through process standards, quality frameworks, and performance management
