Description

We are looking for a Field Engagement & Change Lead to join the AWS Worldwide Field Enablement (WWFE) team. This role sits at the intersection of change management, communications strategy, and field engagement - driving adoption of critical tooling and technology across the global AWS Sales and Technical field organization.

As AWS accelerates its investment in AI-powered tools and agentic workflows, this role will be instrumental in ensuring the field understands, adopts, and maximizes value from new and evolving technology platforms. You will design and execute comprehensive change management and communications strategies that drive tooling adoption, reduce friction in transitions, and connect programs to measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, brings deep stakeholder management skills, and has a strong understanding of how to drive technology adoption at scale. Experience with AI, agentic systems, and modern productivity tooling is highly valued. You are a strategic thinker who can also execute - building roadmaps, creating compelling communications, and partnering cross-functionally to land change effectively across a global, matrixed organization.

Key job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute change management strategies for tooling adoption across the global AWS field, adapted for a fast-paced technology environment.

- Build end-to-end communication strategies—stakeholder mapping, multi-channel messaging—that drive awareness and adoption of new tools and workflows.

- Partner with product, engineering, enablement, and operations teams to translate technical capabilities into clear, compelling field narratives.

- Identify adoption barriers and design targeted interventions (communications, training reinforcement, feedback loops)

-Launch field engagement campaigns that connect tooling programs to measurable business outcomes aligned with AWS growth strategies.

- Manage stakeholder relationships across sales leadership, operations, enablement, and communications to ensure coordinated rollouts.

- Define success metrics, track adoption KPIs, and establish feedback mechanisms to continuously improve effectiveness.

- Standardize and scale change management mechanisms globally across all markets and segments.
