Estimated salary: $231,250
Range: $174,300 - $288,200

Description

In this role, you will lead a team that drives engagement with key customer cohorts of the Private Pricing Program through communications, content, and events initiatives. You will be responsible for the Private Pricing Program’s robust content catalog (e.g., learning modules, multimedia, website, reference material) to educate customers, both internal and external, about the program’s mental models, tools, and processes. You and your team will define the learning journey and content strategy for each customer cohort, deliver content against that strategy, then measure efficacy to continuously refine. You will also support program launches and updates through content that helps customer cohorts adapt to the changes. To amplify your content catalog and key messages, you will own the communication mechanisms and event strategy for key cohorts.

As the Engagement Leader, you will own both the long-term strategic thinking and short-term tactical planning, and mobilize your team through reliable and repeatable mechanisms that enable scale and drive efficiencies. You will design and launch thoughtfully, and think ahead to ensure launched content stays fresh and accurate. Through this work, you and your team will play an instrumental role in driving Private Pricing Program awareness, engagement, and adoption, and increasing deal count and velocity.

The ideal candidate is energized by ambiguity, and prefers an opportunity to build vs. a turnkey role. You are customer-obsessed; you habitually work back from the customers’ needs and pain points in defining and prioritizing your work. You are focused and organized, and can orchestrate effectively even as the team juggles multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You have excellent judgment on people’s strengths and motivations, and can optimize the team accordingly. You measure success by impact (vs. size of effort), and continuously inspect both approach and output to incrementally raise the bar over time.
