Description

We are looking for an experienced marketing professional, with deep knowledge of marketing technologies and automation, and Business-to-Business (B2B) email marketing. This Marketing Manager will drive operational excellence for the Buy with Prime and Multi-Channel Fulfillment marketing team and lead the development of email marketing strategies and oversee execution of email marketing campaigns. You will drive a vision that enables the marketing team with self-service tools to improve efficiency and customer impact, champion email marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, touching across all stages of the customer lifecycle from driving awareness, product adoption, engagement and customer experience. If you are organized, analytical, detailed oriented, and data driven, with experience leading programs from strategy to execution, this is a great role for you. This is a highly visible role and this marketer will have opportunities to regularly present program plans, results, and learning to senior leadership teams.

Key job responsibilities

1. Work at both the strategic and tactical level to champion bold, innovative automation, creating and communicating a vision for long- and short-term marketing operations requirements.

2. Leverage automation to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at rapid pace.

3. Own overall merchant experience and engagement through email and optimize campaigns based on merchant insights and analysis

4. Collaborate with Sales operations team on lead management, lead scoring and effective handover of qualified leads from marketing to sales.

5. Collaborate closely with technical teams, other marketing stakeholders, and international counterparts to deliver tools and templates that can scale.

Amazon ‘Buy with Prime’ helps merchants grow their ecommerce website by offering Prime shopping benefits—including fast, free delivery and a trusted checkout—as well as Reviews from Amazon, and more. By integrating ‘Buy with Prime’ services, merchants can attract and convert Prime members and other shoppers on their sites, rely on the world’s largest fulfillment network to streamline order fulfillment and inventory management, and let Amazon handle the payment, processing, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of orders—and customer service and returns as well.



Qualifications

- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

- 2+ years of experience in Project Management for integrated marketing campaigns.

- 2+ years of experience driving business through Email/Customer relationship management (CRM).

- Experience utilizing Pardot, Marketo or similar Marketing Automation platforms.



Extended Qualifications

- Experience with Salesforce and Pardot.

- Experience in Supply Chain industry or B2B.

- Certification in a Marketing Automation platform.

- Deep understanding of marketing attribution/analytics and the tools and processes that power it.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
