Description
As an AI Field Enablement Program Manager within WWFE, you will lead the strategic design and execution of global AI enablement programs. This role places you at the intersection of AI technology and sales enablement, where you'll orchestrate complex, cross-functional initiatives that empower thousands of field professionals to effectively communicate AWS's AI value proposition to customers worldwide.You will partner with global stakeholders, subject matter experts, content strategists, and multimedia learning experience designers to build comprehensive enablement frameworks that translate rapidly evolving AI capabilities into actionable field readiness. This position requires driving operational excellence, establishing quality assurance standards, and implementing best practices that directly impact AWS's ability to capture AI market opportunities and deliver customer success at scale.
Key job responsibilities
1. Lead Strategic Design and Execution of Global AI Enablement Programs - Orchestrate complex, cross-functional initiatives that empower thousands of field professionals worldwide to effectively communicate AWS's AI value proposition to customers, ensuring programs directly impact AWS's ability to capture AI market opportunities.
2. Build Comprehensive Enablement Frameworks - Partner with global stakeholders, subject matter experts, content strategists, and multimedia learning experience designers to translate rapidly evolving AI capabilities into actionable field readiness materials and training programs.
3. Drive Operational Excellence and Quality Assurance - Establish and maintain quality assurance standards, implement best practices, and ensure consistent delivery of enablement content that meets enterprise-scale requirements across global field teams.
4. Enable Field Teams on AI Solution Articulation - Shape how AWS field teams understand, articulate, and sell AI solutions by creating frameworks that bridge the gap between AI technology and practical customer-facing applications.
5. Manage Cross-Functional Stakeholder Relationships - Coordinate with global stakeholders across multiple functions to ensure alignment on AI enablement priorities, content development, and program execution that supports AWS's continued leadership in the AI era.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- PMP
Extended Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
