In this role, the Training and Certification Field Marketing Operations Manager will support the marketing team to drive to organizational goals and initiatives, providing essential data analyses and reports to Marketing and management teams, and operate critical Marketing related processes. This global role also supports budget management, marketing infrastructure oversight and coordination with the Sales Operations functions. Key Responsibilities - · Provide weekly and monthly Marketing performance analysis and reports: collecting related Marketing data from IT systems, conducting data analysis, and publishing reports to the team on time with accuracy · Own ongoing operational reviews of the marketing performance reports with the global and regional teams. · Own various data analysis for management team’s decision-making, including marketing program performance analysis, campaign performance analysis and marketing efficiency etc. · Continuously reinforce the correct usages of CRM and

· Deep technical knowledge of marketing operations, automation, data flows, and campaign execution as well as best practices for sales and marketing processes. · Knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo or other marketing automation systems, Adobe CQ - or other CMS system, Google Analytics, Adobe Site Catalyst (Omniture) - or other web analytics tools. Familiar with Tableau Software, basic HTML and other programming languages and data warehouse structures. · Capable of providing correct data analyses under time pressure; Mastery of data analytical tools, e.g. Tableau, · Self-motivated, extremely data-driven,
