There is an art and science to delivering great readiness programs. We're not just in the business of building product knowledge, but also building sales capability, storytelling and coaching skills. We are looking for someone that is well-versed in current learning methodologies, adept at training and readiness delivery and someone looking to innovate and collaborate with our teams to drive the highest readiness impact. A big component of this role is building and delivering our semi-annual readiness events which reach hundreds of our most senior trainers and are focused on being a best-in-class event experience. This Worldwide Channel and Device Marketing team enables and guides our regional teams with go-to-market strategy/priorities, readiness initiatives, training content and global Evangelism programs/platforms. We have an exciting opportunity for a leader in driving readiness and impactful selling motions on the Partner Experiences Team. The WW Readiness Lead is responsible for building

Drive Readiness strategy and execution (50%) Build the WW readiness plan for our 3rd party representatives across product knowledge and soft skills/capability Identify the tools and tactics to drive team readiness leveraging in-person, virtual and online learning platforms/methods Develop and deliver large-scale, innovative face-to-face readiness events, partnering closely with the Partner Activation team Own, design and deliver soft skills curriculum/program – includes editorial calendar, build-out and delivery Identify tools and platforms that can accelerate readiness efforts, including current
Experiences Required: Education, Key Experiences, Skills and Knowledge: • Four Year college degree desirable – MBA preferred • 2-4 years of retail or commercial marketing experience • 2-4 years in a learning or training role – ideally in a learning development capacity • Proven management capability in driving high performing teams and a positive work/health culture 25% travel required; Relocation considered for qualified candidates Benefits/perks listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Microsoft and the country where you work.
