Participate in defining the long-term vision and roadmap for our Management P and L and Headcount reporting, including content used in monthly/quarterly business reviews Lead and coordinate the intake and prioritization process with key business partners with deep understanding of business use scenarios Envision and partner with team to design robust reporting and analytic solutions that meet complex business requirements Manage the key Field P and L and Headcount reporting publish cadence Design, implement and monitor QA processes to ensure data accuracy and quality Own and manage multiple projects
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a technical field, such as Computer Science; MBA/CPA or equivalent are a plus 5+ years of progressive work experience in financial reporting, modelling, financial analysis, and business partnering Problem solving attitude which thrives on addressing complex challenges and business problems through reporting and analytics Strong skills across Microsoft report delivery solutions, including advanced Excel reporting skills, PowerPivot data modelling, DAX and Cube Value for report writing, Power Query; proficiency with VBA a plus Hands-on experience with building
