Amazon Prime Finance is looking for an analytical, results-oriented, self-motivated Senior Finance Manager to partner across our business functions on programs to increase Prime membership. This Senior Finance Manager will play a key role on strategic initiatives focused on projects to better obtain and then retain our members such as increasing engagement, offering the right benefits, and ensuring the CX measured up to being the most loved membership program. The person will produce and drive analysis to uncover gaps in our product offerings to customers, work with the team leadership to ensure the team is focusing on the right strategic initiatives, collaborate with international teams on regional analysis, and analyze and monitor efficiencies across acquisition, retention and engagement
• Bachelor’s degree required in business, finance, engineering or related field • 5+ years in finance roles with progressively increasing levels of responsibility • MBA Preferred • Strong proficiency in analysis tools including Microsoft Excel, SQL, and statistics software • 4+ years’ experience performing financial and ad hoc analysis using data reporting tools • 4+ years’ experience with Excel advanced functions (index, conditional list, pivots, lookups, tables) • Ability to translate large amounts of data into useful information and actionable priorities • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple
