Manage ROB calendars, support infrastructure along key deliverables that come out of the OCFO, including but not limited to: senior leadership meetings, Finance leadership meetings, Board of Directors deliverables, and earnings Ensure that the OCFO is meeting deadlines and provide the team with awareness regarding potential conflicts and upcoming milestones Own the monthly publication of the Finance project dashboard to the Finance leadership team and drive accountability/progress on projects in partnership with senior finance leaders Support OCFO to deliver and land effective communications across the Finance org and Microsoft overall. Deliverables include but not limited to: monthly finance org newsletters, internal earnings communications, organizational announcements and awards, and customer communications Drive content creation and execution for finance organization's portfolio of events: quarterly All Hands, Finance Leadership Summit, and MS Ready. - BA / BS in Business, Finance, Marketing, Accounting - 2 plus years of related work experience - Excellent cross-group collaboration skills - Strong communication, leadership, and executive presence skills - Program management experience a plus - Knowledge of Microsoft Finance Organization a plus - Able to quickly pivot and react to priority changes - Ability to navigate a complex organization both horizontally (across teams) and vertically (across level-bands)
