Lead transformation of User Research from product validation to insights generation, hypothesis driven design and development, and assessing measurable customer impact Develop a center of excellence for world class product research and human science. Grow a research culture that balances and integrates near term product impact with reusable, scalable insight. Integrate research insights and accountability to research outcomes into all stages of product development. Utilize deep business acumen to create business strategy, operationalize, and deliver against product results. Assess the industry
Proven ability to: Apply organizational leadership and grow the next generation of design research leaders. Lead and inspire teams to think outside their comfort zone. Attract, cultivate and retain diverse research talent. Transform vision into practice with concrete processes, activities and accountabilities. Manage and guide the organization during times of change using effective change management. Apply rigorous research processes including design, execution, analysis, communication, and synthesis of research. Operationalize and systematize large scale efforts through processes and software
