Join the Amazon Fulfillment User Experience team – we are hiring a User Experience leader who is passionate about the intersection of the physical and the virtual world transcending beyond what is shown on a screen to include physical environment, building layout, industrial lightening and sound to drive millions of Fulfillment Center Operators to come into work every day and deliver unparalleled Amazon customer experience to retail buying customers. Our group is multidisciplinary and includes designers, researchers, technologists, and inventors. In this role you will manage a group of UX professionals in Seattle and help to lead a new design system product for use in fulfillment environments globally. You will lead
· Degree in design, HCI, Product Management, Tech or related fields · Minimum of 12 years of related work experience; 4 or more in leadership roles · Proven ability to work cross-team, synthesize feedback and input from business leaders, customer research/analytics and to design creative solutions · Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to gracefully defend your team’s design decisions · Desire to work in a start-up style environment, where iteration and learning is encouraged· Experience and/or passion for designing products for an industrial
