· BS degree in EE, CE, or CS · 5+ years of relevant work experience with server compute/storage platforms and debugging issues in a production environment. · 3+ years of advanced support experience managing customer escalations to quickly identify root cause and resolve issues. · 3+ years of Development experience in hardware/ firmware. · Meets/exceeds Amazon’s leadership principles requirements for this role · Meets/exceeds Amazon’s functional/technical depth and complexity for this role · · Masters/PhD Degree with 10+ years of relevant experience to Root Cause hardware issues on Server/Storage
