Azure Storage, Media and Edge is extending the Business Management team to help us achieve our objectives, growth and transformation. We are looking for a strong operationally focused candidate who will support the Chief of Staff and Executive Leadership Team. In this role you will report directly to the Chief of Staff. In your role will partner closely with our engineering teams and key partners across the company, including finance, recruiting and HR - to establish a Rhythm of the Business (ROB), support Semester planning and resource planning. You will provide business insights and decision support through insightful reporting and analytics and will drive continuous process improvement and simplification to remove obstacles and enable teams to be successful.
Key Responsibilities: Ownership of the headcount for the teams, ensuring prioritization against strategic imperatives, partnering with recruiting and hiring managers to ensure vital roles are filled promptly and ensure the leadership has agility to respond to opportunistic openings, and managing project codes Work with Chief of Staff to build out and drive Monthly Business Reviews with leadership and provide reporting and analyses, covering financial, headcount, org health and key operational, business and product metrics, including providing actionable business insights that enable effective management
