Customer Trust and Partner Support (CTPS) Finance is building a centralized reporting framework which integrates financial, HR, and operational data across all business functions. As a Business Intelligence Engineer, you will be part of a growing Finance Analytics team and help us scale our end-to-end Reporting and Analytics capabilities to uncover insights and opportunities for the business. Responsibilities: · Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and integrate necessary data sources to support business analysis and reporting · Design new data models, pipelines, and highly available self-service reporting tools · Continually improve recurring reporting and analysis processes via re-architecture or automated solutions · Optimize query performance through efficient data architecture design in Redshift
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field from an accredited institution · 4+ years of professional experience in analytics, data engineering, and business intelligence · Demonstrated ability to partner with business and technical teams · Advanced SQL skills and working knowledge of ETL and database concepts · Prior success working with large, complex data sets · Proficiency in one scripting language (e.g., Python, Ruby) · Experience in developing insightful visualizations and dashboards for large user base using BI tools such as Tableau,
