· B.S. in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical or Systems Engineering or related field · 4+ years of relevant work experience within Aerospace, Automotive, High Tech or Medical industries or 2+ years experience with M.S. · Proficiency in at least one modern scientific scripting language (e.g., Matlab or Python) · Excellent problem-solving ability · Self-starter, capable of working independently and building strong cross-functional relationships · Very strong written and verbal communication skills · Experience in developing tests to verify system requirements and participating in the refinement of
