Our systems are advancing one of the world's most scalable, reliable, and secure e-commerce platforms that processes hundreds of billions of dollars in transactions, in multiple currencies and countries. FLASH is looking for an experienced Engineering Leader to continue growing and scaling our world class cash reconciliation platform that processes and reconciles statements worth over 250 billion dollars USD every year. Targeted towards cash accounting users, the system aims to simplify and expedite the cash reconciliation process at Amazon. The system needs to perform a holistic automated reconciliation of all banking activity (receipts, disbursements, intercompany wires, bank fees, etc.) at scale, by systematically performing all the manual tasks that are performed by accountants and
· 10+ years of building Enterprise level software systems · 4+ years of software management experience in leading full lifecycle development · A passion for people management and mentorship · Strong verbal and written communication skills · Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field· Masters in Computer Science or related field · Deep hands-on technical expertise · Project Management experience with agile development methodology · A strong track record of project delivery for large, cross-functional, projects and products that can scale
