The Mobile Shopping Core Team is building the next generation mobile foundation to power fluid and interactive experiences within the Amazon Shopping applications, for both iOS and Android. Our software is used by hundreds of developers from within Amazon to power the amazing experiences our customers see within the application. We focus on making development and integration with a fast evolving application easy. We want our customers to go from wanting a product to search, shop and buying it in 30 seconds or less in our award winning Amazon Mobile family of applications – the Mobile Shopping Core team is where that all begins. About you: You are an
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics or Electrical Engineering · 3+ years professional experience in software development · Proficiency in Computer Science fundamentals – object oriented design, data structures, algorithm - design, problem solving, and complexity analysis · Proficiency in at least one modern object oriented language such as Java, C# or Objective-C · Excellent analytical and design skills· Master in Computer Science, Math, Physics or Electrical Engineering · 5+ years of industry experience · Experience building complex mobile applications on Android or iOS · Experience
