Define the next generation mobile experience for Fire TVs creating the most engaging entertainment platform for the whole family, worldwide. Fire TV mobile app is used by millions of customers the world over. You will drive key engineering and product decisions that impact Amazon’s long-term vision around delivery and consumption of media and entertainment over mobile. We leverage cutting edge technology in client-app frameworks, big data, machine learning, optimization techniques and high availability services. Being part of a customer obsessed company and working as part of this team, you’ll be responsible for the design, development, test, and deployment of mobile apps that support the Fire TV ecosystem. · Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/related field or equivalent work experience. · 3+ years of software development experience · Experience with Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis · Experience developing iOS and/or Android applications · Experience in at least one modern programming language used in mobile development such as Swift, Objective-C, Java, Kotlin· Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers · Knowledge of professional software engineering
