Amazon Advertising User Experience (AUX) team designs campaign creation, management, and reporting tools that make the complex seem simple, enabling advertisers to run high-volume digital advertising campaigns with the click of their mouse. We excel at distilling the needs of a diverse user base into experiences that balance efficiency with robust utility. We are investing heavily in building solutions that enable brands to connect with their customers—programmatically, globally and at scale—where they shop, read, watch videos, and share online. You’ll be involved in all aspects of product development from brainstorming the next innovation to working collaboratively with user research, engineering, product management to bring it to life. You will craft the advertiser experience and continue to hone a full range of skills including, wire framing, interaction design, prototyping, and visual design

A link to your portfolio in your resume is required for consideration on the role. · Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or related fields · 7+ years of experience as a user experience designer or similar role · A portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating effective user-centered design solutions with measurable results · Ability to create interactive experiences with prototyping software or by hand · Understanding of HTML, Javascript and CSS that informs design and interaction decisions · Desire to work in a start-up style environment, where iteration
