Amazon is looking for a Senior Design Technologist to join a small team that motivates investment in future retail opportunities 3 to 5 years out through design, invention, and prototyping. Design Technologists at Amazon combine UX Design and engineering expertise into a single discipline. As Sr. Design Technologist, you will work with product management, research, and design to help define and prototype front-end customer experiences and new technical approaches that may include back-end services, working with data, or emerging technologies. This position requires the ability to dive deep, invent, and be relentlessly curious about customer needs and how we can bring potential solutions to life. You will validate customer experience concepts at a variety of fidelities, including working samples and reference code, throughout the design process.
