We are looking for talented Quality Assurance Engineers (QAE) who are not pure black box testers; they are more grey box, able to understand software internals, debug problems using log files, and write automated tests with Java scripts and/or user-level automated tools. They work with Software Development Engineers(SDE) and Software Development Engineers in Test(SDET) to understand features and technical implementation, develop test plans and test suites that approximate real-world environments and regression tests, and driving the software development process towards quality-centric methodologies
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent. * 5+ years industry in software testing. * Experience with programming languages such as Java/C++ and scripting to build test automation. * Knowledge of protocols, architecture, or platforms. * Strong problem solving and analytical skills. * Strong verbal and written skills. * Basic understanding of data structures. * Continually seeks to innovate with new and better processes * Ability to think of the big picture.
