The Alexa Communications team is focused on enabling our customers to communicate with anyone and anything with the fidelity of an in-person conversation We are looking for talented Quality Assurance Engineers (QAE) who are highly impactful with their overall quality influence for the group. They work with Software Development team and the Product teams to understand features and technical implementation, develop test plans and test suites that approximate real-world environments and regression tests, and driving the software development process towards quality-centric methodologies. * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent. * 5+ years of industry experience in software testing. * Experience in programming languages as Java/C++ * Experience scripting to build and maintain test automation. * Knowledge of communication protocols, architecture, or platforms. * Strong problem solving and analytical skills. * Strong verbal and written skills. * Continually seeks to innovate with new and better processes * Ability to think of the big picture.
