The Alexa Smart Home team is focused on making Alexa the user interface for the home. Customers love using Alexa to interact with their homes through natural commands and intuitive interfaces. We are evolving Alexa into an intelligent, indispensable companion that helps you get the most out of the technology in your home. This role reports to the for the Alexa Smart Home Cameras and Doorbell verticals. They will own product management for how customers interact with these devices through Alexa. On a typical day you'll: · Own and define the product roadmap, managing tradeoffs and dependencies with key stakeholders · Work closely with the engineering team to develop an offering that will delight customers · Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members · Monitor the business and refine the roadmap
· Bachelor’s degree in a technical field · 7+ years of experience in e-commerce, technology or digital sector including 5+ years of product management experience · Experience leading diverse cross-functional teams to deliver large products and projects on tight deadlines· MBA or Masters degree in a technical field · Strong experience with persuasive strategic writing and communication · Experience with externally-facing APIs · Experience with video streaming or Smart Home technology' · Ability to establish and manage your business to a set of key metrics and goals · Raw intellectual curiosity and
