AWS Fargate is looking for an experienced leader to help us define product strategy and accelerate adoption of containers in the cloud. We are looking for a broad and deep leader who will own and drive product management across a range of container offerings. As a Principal Product Manager (Technical), you will own product development from strategy/product vision through feature definition, prioritization, positioning, naming, and GTM/adoption. We are looking for experienced product managers who are passionate about solving customer problems, and who have demonstrated success working backwards from ambiguous customer needs, translating them into disruptive, successful products that delight customers. · 10+ years of product management experience with completion of full product lifecycle (from concept through GTM) · BS or BA in computer science, engineering, math, finance, or economics · Strong finance related skills relating to P and L management and pricing · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Understanding of AWS · Proficient with web services technologies· MBA or equivalent master’s degree from a top MBA program · 5+ years of product management experience in the cloud computing technology space · Demonstrated success translating complex qualitative and quantitative customer
