Drive strategic leadership, build and execute on AIP business goals in partnership with business leaders across security and compliance space. Show technical leadership in building new features and products working closely with engineering teams across divisions. Be a great leader. Manage and inspire a talented group of PMs, and build a culture of innovation and experimentation Work with partners inside and outside the company to build great security and compliance solutions on AIP platform. Own project scheduling and communication across PM and engineering organization. Evangelize our products
Required Qualifications: 1 0+ years of overall experience with at least 2 years of PM experience. Desired Qualifications 5+ Years of e xperience driving large, complex programs and solutions. A proven track record of shipping features across several product cycles. Strong written and verbal communications and presentation. Excellent interpersonal and group dynamic skills. BS/MS in CS or a related discipline. Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
