We are seeking a talented, self-directed Front End Engineer to design and build engaging, personalized customer experiences across the AWS websites. The AWS Website team is responsible for the delivery of targeted content to customers and prospects across the AWS websites. You will be a key member of this team and will create new functionalities, as well as explore and implement leading-edge UI technologies. · 5+ years of professional front-end, web or mobile software developing with HTML, CSS, JavaScript framework, and general Web 2.0 techniques · Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience will be considered· Strong design skills around the user experience · Design of front-end systems at scale · Eye for design and attention to detail · Experience with responsive web design, media queries, resolution independent image display, and the ability to deliver outstanding functionality across devices and platforms · Strong problem-solving
