The AWS Marketing Engineering team is building a new platform entirely on cutting-edge AWS services - including CloudFront, API Gateway, Lambda, SQS, DynamoDB and more, with state-of-the-art open-source front-end frameworks, libraries and toolchains, to deliver a set of highly scalable, performant, serverless and responsive web apps for our global Field Marketing organization. Your work will have high visibility across the AWS team and global AWS community of developers and users. As a Software Development Engineer, you'll be responsible for implementing modern, creative and innovative user experiences across a variety of customer-facing and internal management web apps, using modern browser technologies and techniques. Your job includes working closely with Product Management to understand and clarify requirements, working closely with our UX Design team to vet proposals from a technical feasibility perspective, and adding creative influence to simplify, enhance, and best impact our customers
· 3+ years of experience in modern TypeScript application development · 3+ years of experience vanilla JavaScript development · 3+ years experience with HTML5, CSS, and two or more of the following: React, Vue, AngularJS, Node, Web Components
