In this role, you will work directly with procurement business leaders. You will structure, draft, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial transactions covering the varied needs of our fulfillment centers across North America. You will also need to serve as a trusted advisor to the business team on strategic and commercial matters. · Strong academic credentials; JD from an accredited law school and membership in at least one state bar · At least 2 full years of attorney experience at a national or equivalent law firm· Strong analytical, written and oral communication, and client interaction skills · Significant experience drafting transactional documents · Ability to demonstrate sound legal and business judgment even in ambiguous situations · Ability to work independently and also contribute successfully to cross-functional teams · Ability to work well with people at all levels inside and outside Amazon · Excellent organizational
