FastTrack for Microsoft 365 is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to work with architects, product engineering, PMO, and service delivery teams to create programs that assist customers migrating to Microsoft 365. This person will ensure the success of these programs by having deep customer empathy, building solutions for enterprise scale and world-class support, using telemetry and feedback to optimize process, and embodying the growth mindset.

Responsibilities

Build and manage programs aimed at helping customers migrate to Microsoft 365.Work with other program managers and service engineers to create the framework of technology and IP and oversee the delivery of the migration benefit as part of the FastTrack program.Lead multiple areas: product development, service delivery, customer support.Engage with technical leaders at Microsoft, its partner ecosystem, and its customers to listen to and evaluate feedback. Provide direction during ambiguous challenges and customer escalations, effectively communicating with senior management.Use the lessons learned to help drive improvements and build solutions for the service and Microsoft products.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product developmentOR equivalent experience.2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, OR product developmentOR equivalent experience.6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.3+ years communicating directly with senior/executive leadership while driving customer facing projects or escalations in Microsoft 365 technologies.1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).Experience with migration technologies (1st party & 3rd party) with Microsoft 365 applications.

Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
