The Generalized Agents team is at the forefront of artificial intelligence (AI) innovation, driving cutting-edge research and development across deep learning, natural language processing, large language models (LLMs – Generative Pre-trained Transformers), reinforcement learning (RL), and graph-based models. We specialize in pioneering advanced agentic solutions, including state-of-the-art AI innovations with reinforcement learning (RL) fine-tuning of large language models (LLMs), to build intelligent systems that adapt, reason, and act autonomously.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Technical Program Manager who is passionate about the latest AI advancements and is willing to take on a variety of challenges in program and product management, driving complex and cross-team workstreams involving technical and partnership-focused efforts to join our team. Decisions will need to be made using data-driven processes, including multiple stakeholders, while keeping business results in mind. Driving and facilitating such projects requires operational excellence and a high measurable bar for delivery. Create and drive clear and well-oiled execution plans for advanced and complex workstreams involving latest Generative AI technologies.Facilitate path from internal projects to external products in the form of technical previews by working with partner teams and customers; construct clear and concise requirements for our team based on market and technology exploration and surveys.Evangelize applied research functional implementations to partner engineering, product management and customer experience teams and collaborate closely with both our data science team and partner teams.Improve efficiency in a dynamic applied research environment where the process is fluid, frequently completely new, and creative solutions are a norm.Present to leadership and executives plans, timelines, risks, misalignments. Coordinate demo delivery to leadership and executives.Define and evaluate metrics for success so the team stays on track and maintains a high-quality bar.Embody our Culture and Values



Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.2+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis or product development or equivalent experienceOther Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications: 

Experience in enterprise security field, malware/intrusion detection, red-team projects, pen-testing, etc.

Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
