We are the Azure CXP team, and we are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our team to help expand the footprint of our customer care, trust, reliability, engagement, and observability experiences across all Azure clouds. You will work with Software and Hardware Engineering to design technical solutions. You’ll also identify risks and propose data-based mitigations.You’ll define success criteria as you collaborate with others to implement features for cross-functional projects. You’ll coordinate and ensure alignment across teams.With minimal supervision, you will help deliver on roadmap for feature groups, track project schedules, develop staging and implementation, and stay updated with governance programs.You will drive continuous improvements by validating use cases and partnering with other departments to collect performance metrics. Required/Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.1+ year(s) of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.Preferred/Additional Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.4+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).Technical Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $98,300 - $193,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $127,200 - $208,800 per year.
