This role is pivotal in driving the continued success of our identity and access management solutions. Our Identity team plays a crucial role in ensuring secure and seamless access to Microsoft resources, empowering employees worldwide to achieve more. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both identity management and security extensibility and will be able to work strategically and proactively with minimal supervision.

Support the evolution of identity and access management solutions by collaborating closely with strategic customers and cross-functional internal teams from Engineering and our field organization, as you help shape the planning, development, and deployment of cutting-edge security services and identity management solutions.Support envisioning and key user scenarios for how identity solutions can be used to support business outcomes and enhanced security, including leveraging identity extensibility and security protocols.Be the voice of our customers, guiding the roadmaps of dependent feature teams to ensure we stay ahead in the game, by influencing our platform and extensibility vision around how best to evolve our developer offering.Drive execution and demonstrate end-to-end ownership of complex, cross-group, and cross-discipline projects to successful completion.Develop collateral for Rhythm of Business activities, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.Monitor and analyze product metrics, user feedback, and market trends to inform our future direction.Embody our culture and values.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. 1+ year(s) experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team security related projects. 1+ years of experience directly engaging with enterprise customers.
Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding of enterprise customers' needs and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in simple terms. Ability to lead customer conversations about security innovation and integration, addressing customer objections when preparing for identity extensibility.Technical Expertise: Understanding of security frameworks, cloud platforms, and identity management systems. Experience with identity management tools, Azure AD, or similar platforms.Ability to partner effectively with other product managers and engineering teams to deliver complex technical solutions.Demonstrated strategic thinking and the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a track record of achieving key results.Technical Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $98,300 - $193,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $127,200 - $208,800 per year.
