In this AI sales user experience role, you will combine program management expertise and technical acumen to identify opportunities for process improvement in sales, drive cross-disciplinary collaboration, and ensure that user-centric AI solutions are implemented with measurable impact. Your insights will enhance decision making and efficiency, ensuring that our teams exceed their goals while delivering value to clients and Microsoft’s mission. Responsibilities
Helps deliver sales enablement and field support, participates in business deals, creates strategic partnerships, and participates in pre-sales meetings with customers.Identifies highly complex opportunities and gaps within products or functional areas, leveraging artificial intelligence to generate insights and facilitate decision making, and leads engagements to gather feedback and drive improvements.Works with cross-functional teams to design architecture and integrated customer solutions for complex technical needs, ensuring the integrity and relevance of AI-generated insights.Defines program goals and prioritizes deliverables based on organizational needs, manages risks using data-driven approaches, and provides recommendations for continuous improvement.Creates relationships and collaborative models to drive orchestration and alignment across business units, aggregating status updates and influencing leadership on key objectives.

Required/minimum qualifications
Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year.
