We are looking to hire a Senior Program Manager- Azure AI to join the team. We are looking for the best and brightest to help us lead the next generation of Azure AIP solutions delivering on customer promises for complex engineering projects. As a Senior Program Manager- Azure AI, you will be partner facing and responsible for partner success through delivery management of cross-functional programs, and strong partner and internal stakeholder relationships across feature and product teams.

The role involves collaborating closely with key digital native partners, and feature teams to solve complex problems leveraging the Azure AI Platform. Responsibilities will include:
Proactively engage with the start-ups and Digital Natives teams to help them accelerate AI solution development and AI revenue growth. Accountable for identifying AI growth opportunities with high potential startup partners leveraging deep AI domain/industry knowledge to develop creative and innovative solutions for startup partners to improve optimization and workflow. Lead matrixed internal Microsoft teams and digital native partners using a breadth of technical knowledge and industry experience Anticipate, identify, and mitigate blockers to digital native partner success goals Collaborate with key roles including engineers, applied researchers, and others to deliver full Microsoft value to digital native partners Proactively demonstrate thought leadership, opportunities for improvement, best practices, and learnings internally and externally as appropriate. Share actionable insight, learnings, feedback to drive continuous product improvements Ensure that internal teams and leadership are coordinated and feel confident, informed, and efficient OtherEmbody our Culture and Values
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software developmentOR equivalent experience5+ years of proven track record as a technical Program Manager, Partner Technical specialist or Solution Architect working with customers and partners, with deep focus on AI tech strategy. Experience working with digital native/startup companies and teams A deep understanding of the startup trends globally and the regional variations (i.e. US, India, Israel) Experience working in a rapidly-scaling environment with multiple variables in play Strong written and verbal communication skills where you are equally comfortable interacting across all levels of an organization
Preferred Qualifications
Deep understanding of the Azure AI portfolio and experience with competitive AI platforms and toolsStrong partner focus and a deep commitment to delivering quality products that create partner value and delightful experiences through deeper understanding of partner needs.
Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
