Xbox is seeking a world-class Senior Product Marketing Manager to join the Xbox Games Marketing team on the Halo franchise.

You will help develop strategic direction for future of Halo. You will sit within the studio in Redmond, WA, tightly integrated with the development team, as well as Halo franchise and Xbox stakeholders. You will work closely with studio partners to define a course of action that integrates games, hardware, and services.

You know the market, the product, the product line, and the competition. You operate from a strong basis of knowledge about the Halo franchise and the competitive landscape. You are curious about what drives success and can explain why the market behaves as it does. You drive your work with confidence and support your perspectives with expertise and research.

This is a US based position, and requires onsite work in Redmond, WA in order to be considered.

Studio Partnership. Your role is to find the true story of the product, collaborating closely with the game development team throughout its lifecycle. Marketing is not something to be figured out at the very end. Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in businessOR Master's Degree in in Marketing, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in businessOR equivalent experience.5+ years of video games marketing experience, ideally console and PC.Additional or Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in businessOR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in businessOR equivalent experience.Passion for gaming and entertainment.Ability to perform within a matrixed organization.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.High-level attention to detail.Proven success leading and partnering with studio and creative teams.Experience delivering results in a cross-functional organization.Excellent creative and strategic thinking.Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.
