The Microsoft Copilot Studio team is on a mission to integrate generative AI into business applications, simplifying workflows, extending bizapps and increasing productivity. We are looking for a talented Product Manager that design and build next-gen conversational AI integrations between Copilot Studio and first party partners to enable makers and end users to harvest the power of Gen AI in their flow of work.

Work on a team of Product Managers focused on integrating Copilot Studio's gen AI capabilities with first party partners.Work closely with partners to drive win-win outcomes and manage expectationsDevelop a deep understanding of the business, our customers, and the competitive landscape through market and customer research in Generative AI and Conversational AI products.  Partner across engineering teams, design, marketing, data science and user research to develop strategies, priorities, and roadmaps. Lead by example, contributing to more Product Manager growth, share ideas and partner toward solutions to improve our culture and ways of working.  Lead team execution toward a product roadmap, with clear measures, projected impact and prioritization toward measurable outcomes. Foster an environment that encourages diversity of thought and an inclusive team culture.Grasp of the Product Led Growth strategy and product development approach-from uncovering customer needs and pain points to understanding competitive landscape and strategy

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.3+ years of Product Management experience on end-user facing products working on complex products or experiences in large, cross-functional teams and product groups.Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Additional or preferred qualificationsBachelor's Degree AND 8+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.Experience building 1-2 products at large scale/or within a large ecosystem. Experience driving user and customer focused product iteration and experimentation .Communication skills, written and verbal, with an appetite to learn and drive excellence in products and team culture.Experience and comfortable working across geographical and time-zone boundaries with a diverse set of partners, stakeholders and disciplines. Experience using data, user research and product insights in product decision making.Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
