Description
OverviewAre you passionate about driving growth for Microsoft's low-code application platform? We are seeking a Product Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager to lead and execute the Americas GTM strategy for Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and competitive positioning across the low-code, automation, and analytics stack. This role is pivotal in accelerating Power Platform growth, unlocking new revenue opportunities, and building repeatable sales success across the region. You will play a critical role in landing the first wave of low-code transformation wins, developing scalable win formulas, and enabling a highly skilled field organization to position and sell the value of the modern Power Platform portfolio at scale.
As part of the Americas Business Applications Product GTM team within Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O), you will translate Microsoft's worldwide commercial strategy into actionable regional execution plans, drive operational excellence, and champion a culture of ownership, agility, and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, execution discipline, competitive acumen, and field engagement to drive measurable business impact across one of Microsoft's most strategic solution areas.
We are part of the Americas Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) organization with the objective of engineering scale and consistency across go-to-market strategy, operations, customer and partner experience. The Sales Enablement & Operations team plays an essential role in translating Microsoft's worldwide commercial strategy into regional execution plans, with this role specifically focused on accelerating Power Platform growth, field readiness, and cross-product strategy execution.
This Role
In this role, you will lead the Americas strategy for Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and competitive positioning across low-code, automation, and analytics. Power Platform is Microsoft's low-code platform for customers who need to build customized business applications, automation, and insights - distinct from packaged CRM (Dynamics 365) and from custom agent development (Copilot Studio). You will drive go-to-market design, field enablement, and growth strategies focused on expanding Power Apps Premium seat and monthly active user (MAU) growth, scaling Power Automate (cloud flows and RPA), and growing Power Pages adoption, while building scalable competitive plays across all major competitors and regions. You will work closely with Worldwide and select Operating Units to unlock growth opportunities within Microsoft's existing customer base while serving as a trusted compete expert for the broader Business Applications portfolio.
You will be responsible for developing repeatable sales motions, enabling field readiness, and creating effective strategies to land new product narratives at scale. Additionally, you will identify new opportunities for capabilities such as Power Automate process mining, AI Builder, and Power Pages to expand platform consumption and serve as strategic onramps into broader Power Platform adoption. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional orchestration across Dynamics 365, Copilot Studio, Security, Azure, Field Sales, EPS, CMO, and Worldwide teams to drive integrated solution strategies, field alignment, and measurable business outcomes.
While you will serve as a key advocate for Microsoft Power Platform and associated growth motions, your primary deliverable is building and executing strategies that deliver sustainable revenue impact, strengthen Microsoft's competitive position, and accelerate adoption of Microsoft's low-code application platform.
Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.

Drive Power Platform growth strategies focused on Power Apps Premium seat and MAU expansion, Power Automate and RPA consumption, Power Pages growth, and competitive displacement to achieve and exceed revenue targets (e.g., X revenue target, X seat/MAU growth target, X new app/automation wins, X pipeline impact).
Identify and execute growth opportunities within Microsoft's existing customer base while accelerating new customer acquisition through competitive GTM motions and cross-sell opportunities.
Develop and scale strategic onramps that expand Power Platform consumption, such as Power Automate process mining, AI Builder, and Power Pages, and partner with adjacent solution areas (Dynamics 365 for CRM, Copilot Studio for custom agents) to deliver end-to-end customer value.
