Join us and become a vital part of the Human Resources (HR) organization, as we continue to develop our HR Core which is the foundation for driving AI Empower HR and Employee experiences as a HRIS Analyst, SuccessFactors. With a great partnership with SAP and the opportunities that Co-Pilot brings we are looking for an experienced transformative analyst with deep experience in SuccessFactors to drive implementation.You will be instrumental in managing and developing our HR Core Solution, with your experience of SuccessFactors you will drive a set of projects, manage releases, testing, configuration changes and work with HR Policy & process owners to maximizing Employee Central (EC). You will work across HR and Microsoft Digital on planning and supporting the solution across our process and service delivery teams. We have a backlog of work needed to fully realize our investment and there are industry-leading opportunities between SAP and Microsoft to use the latest technology (such as Co-Pilot) to build world-class experiences for Microsoft employees. You will be key in driving the partnerships with SAP, HR process owners, Microsoft product groups and our Digital support teams.

Planning and Execution
Collaborate with HR Process Owners, SAP and Microsoft Digital to develop and implement release plans and strategies (e.g., plans, configuration and HR readiness) and consider launch inputs, requirements, risks/issues, impact, and scenarios to capture a working launch plan. Consult HR Policy & Process leads on planning SAP Employee Central (EC) SuccessFactors changes/upgrades/patches and recommendations on implementation to minimize customization. Lead the implementation of SuccessFactors changes, HR projects and enhancements across the HR Eco-system whilst ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance within the HR core environment. Risk Assessment and Mitigation
Assists the process of requirements gathering for Human Resources (HR) programs; helps identify risks, issues, and barriers in project execution. Evaluate launch risks landscape and leads teams in communicating risks to internal and external stakeholders. Provides guidance to teams to develop mitigation plans or acceptance of risks. Manages responses to data subject requests (DSRs) by handling escalations and providing guidance on compliance to established guidelines and regulations; partners with operational stakeholders to ensure data stewardship (i.e., documentation, classification and compliance); conducts data privacy reviews. Release & Configureation Management (Post Launch)
Holds HR Process and Delivery teams accountable for evaluating the success for complex launches and obtains feedback from partners and customers to deeply understand. Provides hyper-care support during complex, high impact launches for 30/60/90 days to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth running. Supports the sustainment of key solutions and Features – based upon an intake of work from HR Process owners. Change Management
Consults on Human Resources (HR) system domains in a focus area as a subject matter expert and monitors system performance, issue prioritization, coordination of system releases, implementation of release management, and readiness for system changes. Drives Collaboration across teams to engage and prepare audiences and evaluates results of the changes/adoptions. Develops information and guidelines that is shared through various tools and employee platforms Specialty Responsibilities
Drives roadmap planning between teams to address key priority areas, program/policy changes together with SAP on roadmap and implementation with Microsoft Digital. Provides business analysis through system telemetry and provides insights for optimization projects to inform business decisions aimed at reducing costs and improving quality. Assist in creating plans and assigns resources (internal or external) for business User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes, including writing and executing test scenarios and test cases, generating test data, troubleshooting bugs, confirming resolutions, and signing off on the product system readiness for launch. Participates in the design, implementation, and monitoring of preventative and detective internal controls and related processes; partners with Microsoft Digital (MSD) to understand Information Technology (IT) interface controls and onboard business data validation controls. Qualifications
Required/Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in Human Resources, Organizational Development AND 4+ years Operations or Process Design or Program/Project Management experience OR equivalent experience.SAP SuccessFactors Certified on EC Modules with demonstrated experience in feature and module implementation. 3+ years of proficiency in managing SAP SuccessFactors EC (employee central), ATS (applicant tracking system), and ONB (Onboarding) modules.

Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Business Supply Chain, Finance, Business Management, Accounting, Human Resources (HR), Organizational Development or related field AND 8+ years Operations or Process Design or Program/Project Management experienceOR Master's Degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field AND 6+ years Operations or Process Design or Program/Project Management experience.OR equivalent experience.Experience in SAP SuccessFactors projects.Launch Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 - $200,500 per year.
