You will learn partnership and have an ability to impact across many key business functions including product, go to market strategy as well as business planning & development.

The Enterprise Go-To-Market Senior Finance Manager will drive & influence the Enterprise go-to-market strategy across all business levers including seller compensation, pricing/offers, packaging & compete working across engineering, field finance, marketing and business leads. You will have a deep understanding of performance trends and impact of field levers to enable a partnership with marketing and Modern Work strategy teams to identify growth opportunities that support financial/strategic decision making.

Prioritize

Active participant with Financial Planning & Analysis team in digging into performance trends – what’s working/what’s not and drive actionable business health analysis through monthly/quarterly rhythms.Influence annual target setting process in terms of connecting the dots across all the business levers in the Enterprise space.Leads efforts to leverage technology to increase productivity (e.g., report optimization) and to ensure accurate conclusions.Analyze and provide meaningful field insights to support decision on Go-to-market strategy design and assessment. Analyze and measure business performance according to differentiated market strategy (“Area Maturity Framework”).Drives sales compensation strategy and design to ensure alignment with company product strategy.Influence business case and headcount investment decisions to optimize resourcing across roles and geographies.Be a champion for sales excellence through understanding and evangelizing Land and Expand (“LXP”) with business and finance partners. Ensures compliance with company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements by reviewing and monitoring accuracy of financial documents and business processes; drives corrective measures. Consults with business partners on sharing financial information, approved instruments and processes, and consistency with corporate policies. Collaborates with compliance groups to ensure team is current on company policies and procedures.

Qualifications



Required/Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field AND 4+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field AND 2+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience OR equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Business to business, ideally with a technology company, supporting a Software as a Service, Infrastructure as a Service, or Platform as a Service business model.Experience developing trusted partnerships with field, headquarters and business leaders through deep understanding of their business.Ability to summarize performance and key stories.Able to handle ambiguity and identify what needs to be accomplished across multiple concurrent workstreams and stakeholders, yet able to push back where needed.Partnering capabilities, with the ability to influence others without direct authority and appropriately push back when required.Comfort with working at multiple altitudes, from strategic/high-level projects to detailed analytics. Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel and Power Pivot; MS Finance tools preferred.Experience in delivering presentations.Financial Analysis IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 - $200,500 per year.
