We are seeking a Senior Business Program Manager - Learning and Development to deliver high‑impact learning and listening programs and analysis for the EngOps organization. This role operates in a fast‑paced, global environment and plays a critical role in building capability and curating employee and org health signals to keep EngOps at the forefront of operational excellence as our business and industry evolve. Reporting to the Chief of Staff for EngOps, you will partner closely with the EngOps chief of staff, Business Management & Operations (BMO) team and community, EngOps leadership team, and cross‑functional stakeholders to drive high‑impact Learning & Development and a robust listening system where leaders continuously listen, learn, and act on employee feedback. You will enable AI‑centered learning and technical skilling through clear, repeatable rhythms to help employees continuously build in‑demand capabilities, and lead ELS/Signals analysis to synthesize inputs into actionable guidance that scales across teams, regions, and communities.

Responsibilities
Learning & Development Drive EngOps Learning & Development as a scalable operating model that builds capability, increases productivity, and accelerates AI workflow transformation. Run core learning rhythms (Focus Days, quarterly Focus Week, onboarding/NEO, role‑aligned learning paths, and manager enablement) with clear objectives, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes. Enable AI‑centered learning through regular, repeatable rhythms (protected time, live events, and discipline‑specific paths) so employees continuously build in‑demand capabilities. Design and deliver onboarding experiences and learning that builds connection, context (mission, pillars, operating model, and cross‑team partnerships) and increases new hire productivity and accelerate AI workflow transformation. Formalize and run EngOps Management Excellence Community; partner with exec sponsors, HR, and EngOps leaders to deliver programming that strengthens manager connection, consistency, and readiness for change. Translate employee and stakeholder feedback and program insights into an annual L&D strategy with supporting delivery mechanisms and reusable assets (e.g., playbooks and templates). Listening Systems Operate a robust listening system where leaders continuously listen, learn, and act on employee feedback. Lead global ELS/Signals analysis for EngOps, translating signals into clear insights, priorities, and recommended actions. Synthesize input from exec sponsors, HR partners, EngOps leaders, and communities; tailor guidance so it scales across teams, regions, and local contexts. Deliver executive‑ready readouts, narratives, and talking points (e.g., LT/XLT, town halls) that connect listening insights to specific leader actions. Establish closed‑loop mechanisms to track actions, measure progress, and continuously improve culture and engagement outcomes. Cross‑functional collaboration and Discipline growth and development Partner with the EngOps Chief of Staff, BMO/community teams, and the EngOps admin organization to align priorities, unblock execution, and land learning and listening outcomes. Champion learning communities at the org and company level by helping leaders set connection rhythms, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement; advocate for platforms such as CareerHub and Copilot to accelerate learning and adoption. Rhythm of business (RoB) and Operations Build and run the annual operating plan for learning and listening (calendar, comms plan, stakeholder reviews, and decision points) to ensure predictable delivery and strong change management. Provide stewardship for required training compliance by monitoring completion, partnering with HR/compliance stakeholders, escalating risks, and driving remediation plans. Run end‑to‑end operations (program plans, logistics, content readiness, communications, and measurement) for core program moments (e.g., Focus Days, quarterly Focus Week, onboarding/NEO), and continuously improve based on engagement and feedback. Own operational setup and reporting in the Eventify platform for learning and listening moments (event creation, registrations, communications, attendance, and post‑event insights) to improve participant experience and measurement. Define success metrics and dashboards for learning and listening (reach, engagement, adoption, and impact); identify trends and drive operational improvements across mechanisms.

Business Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.
