We are hiring Business Manager for the Worldwide ISD Delivery Excellence organization. This is a critical role partnering with various ISD leaders, their teams, and the Areas, to establish and drive alignment on key priorities and initiatives. This role is accountable for several critical functions including the Strategy, Planning and Business Performance, the Rhythm of Business (ROB) and Operational & Financial Excellence, and the People and culture agenda for this global team.

The candidate should have strong analytical/problem solving skills, demonstrated success in driving complex strategies and projects, excellent ability to drive cross-organizational relationships, an ability to lead through influence, proven project management skills and be a motivated self-starter. Business Strategy
Lead the development and execution of strategic plans for Industry Solutions Delivery (ISD) Delivery Excellence, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and driving critical business outcomes
Orchestrate cross-functional strategy planning, partnerships and implementation, advising senior leaders across ISD to accelerate organizational transformation
Headcount & Organizational Operations
Partner with HR, finance, and hiring managers to manage headcount and organizational changes, including new hires, backfills, and attrition, ensuring alignment with approved budgets
Lead headcount tracking and reporting, maintaining up-to-date records of current and planned headcount across teams
Financial Planning & Budget Management
Own and manage the organization's budget planning and forecasting processes, partnering with finance to ensure accuracy and alignment with business goals
Monitor budget performance on an ongoing basis, tracking actuals vs. plan and flagging variances with actionable recommendations
Business Operations
Serve as a resourceful problem-solver across diverse business functions, removing obstacles and handling day-to-day operational issues on behalf of the Copilot team

Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
OR equivalent experience.
Additional or preferred qualifications
Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 12+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
OR equivalent experience.
Business Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year.
