OverviewThe Global Benefits team empowers employees to do their best work and helps ensure Microsoft remains an exceptional place to work. This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join the team responsible for the design, delivery, and on-going oversight of Benefits for Microsoft employees. Working in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment, the Global Benefits team partners closely with centers of excellence and business partners across and beyond Human Resources.
We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Benefits Manager to drive high-impact outcomes across HR and the broader Microsoft businesses in Israel. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring our Benefit programs are aligned to our global policy and philosophy framework, competitive in the marketplace, and innovatively respond to the needs of our employees at their various life stages. This opportunity will allow you to partner across HR and business groups, leverage data to drive insights on strategic improvements for programs while overseeing Israel employee Benefit programs and suppliers.

Responsibilities
Benefit Program Design and Delivery
Design, deliver, and manage Benefits programs for employees in Israel, including, collateral resources, implementation plans, and employee-facing presentations aligned to Microsoft Global Benefits Philosophy.Monitor program progress, outcomes, and employee experience to ensure Benefits offerings are administered effectively and aligned to business and workforce needs.Manage supplier delivery, including supplier screening, selection, performance follow-up, and resolution of delivery issues.Cross-Functional Partnership and Consulting
Build trusted relationships with internal teams, centers of excellence, and business partners to integrate subject-matter expertise into Benefits plans, materials, and program delivery.Consult with stakeholders to anticipate, assess, and mitigate legal, regulatory, governmental, and policy implications of Benefits changes in Israel.Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve Benefits processes, tools, and resources by evaluating program results, stakeholder feedback, and operational pain points.Maintain compliance by incorporating Microsoft policies and applicable legal and regulatory requirements into Benefits processes and program operations.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications (RQs/MQs).
6+ years work experience in HR Benefits, or related rolesOR Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Sciences, or related field AND 3+ years work experience in HR Benefits, or related rolesOR equivalent experience in Benefits.Fluent in Hebrew
Additional or Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
3+ years experience managing a Benefits programOR related program.1-2 years project management experience.Clear communicator who can distill complex analyes into concise, compelling narratives.Systems thinking mindset with strong attention to detail.
