OverviewIn today’s digital landscape, the ability to build new skills quickly is increasingly important. The Audience Skilling team supports learners in developing skills through microlearning, short-form video, and digital content delivered via Microsoft AI Skills Navigator and social platforms. Our goal is to reach new learners, accelerate skill acquisition, and support workforce audiences with relevant learning experiences.As an Audience Strategy & Operations Manager, you will lead Audience Skilling programs and operations across content execution, campaign prioritization, and program delivery—ensuring content, campaigns, and planning systems align across audience teams to support consistent delivery at scale.

Responsibilities
Establish and scale an Audience Insights Center of Excellence (CoE) to drive consistency, rigor, and Operational Excellence - defining and implementing standard processes, templates, and governance, including cross-team engagement models. Lead end-to-end Audience content operations for AI Skills Navigator (ASN), aligning with the product team on roadmap, gaps, deliverables, timelines and Audience execution plans. Establish and drive adoption of editorial calendar and intake prioritization frameworks for campaigns, content, and creative support – balancing business impact, urgency, & capacityEvent content curation for Tier 1 Skilling event experiences, and ensuring plans land on Audience editorial calendarsDefine standards for asset management, documentation, and bill-of-materials structure, ensuring traceability across content, playlists, and campaigns.Embody our Culture and Values

Master's Degree or equivalent 1+ year(s) experience in product marketing, learning and development, relevant technical roles, customer success, research, industry, program/project management, or corporate education OR Bachelor's degree or equivalent AND 2+ years experience in product marketing, learning and development, relevant technical roles, customer success, research, industry, program/project management, or corporate educationOR equivalent experiencePreferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience in program management, content operations, or go-to-market executionDemonstrated accountability and bias for action in delivering resultsGrowth mindset with a focus on continuous learning and improvementExperience applying AI technologies in productivity or skilling scenariosAbility to prioritize across competing demands and bring clarity in ambiguous environmentsExperience working cross-functionally with product, creative, and business stakeholdersTrack record of building and scaling operating models, governance, or centers of excellenceAttention to detail, systems thinking, and data-informed problem solving, with effective stakeholder communication
Integrated Learning & Skilling IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $97,600.00 - $188,400.00 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $125,000.00 - $206,400.00 per year.
